REGULATION OF DIGITAL ISLAMIC COMMUNICATION IN STRENGTHENING PUBLIC ETHICS IN ISLAMIC HIGHER EDUCATION ENVIRONMENTS
Abstract
Transformasi digital telah memperluas praktik dakwah di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam, namun sekaligus menghadirkan persoalan berupa disinformasi keagamaan, rendahnya literasi media, lemahnya verifikasi informasi, dan kebutuhan akan tanggung jawab akademik dalam ruang publik digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis keterkaitan regulasi komunikasi dakwah digital, etika komunikasi Islam, literasi media, dan tanggung jawab akademik dalam memperkuat etika publik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian kepustakaan. Data bersumber dari artikel jurnal ilmiah, buku, prosiding, dokumen kebijakan, dan laporan lembaga yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi komunikasi dakwah digital memiliki empat dimensi utama, yaitu normatif, akademik, sosial, dan transformasional. Etika dakwah digital bertumpu pada nilai ṣidq, amanah, tabayyun, dan maslahah, sedangkan literasi media berfungsi memperkuat kemampuan kritis dalam mengakses, memverifikasi, mengevaluasi, dan memproduksi informasi. Tanggung jawab akademik diwujudkan melalui komunikasi berbasis keilmuan, sumber yang kredibel, moderasi, dan akuntabilitas. Integrasi keempat unsur tersebut membentuk kerangka komunikasi Islam yang adaptif, etis, kredibel, dan berorientasi pada penguatan etika publik di perguruan tinggi Islam.
