INTEGRASI KEBENARAN KOMUNIKASI DI ERA DIGITAL: SINTESIS FILSAFAT DAN EPISTEMOLOGI ISLAM

Abstract

Perkembangan komunikasi digital yang ditandai oleh penyebaran disinformasi, manipulasi pesan, fenomena pascakebenaran, dan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan telah menimbulkan persoalan epistemologis dan etis mengenai kebenaran informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis konsep kebenaran dalam ilmu komunikasi berdasarkan perspektif filsafat dan Islam serta merumuskan integrasi kedua perspektif tersebut dalam menghadapi tantangan komunikasi digital. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode riset kepustakaan melalui penelaahan buku, artikel jurnal, dokumen ilmiah, dan sumber akademik yang membahas teori kebenaran, filsafat komunikasi, epistemologi Islam, komunikasi Islam, dan komunikasi digital. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis isi dan analisis tematik melalui tahapan identifikasi, klasifikasi, perbandingan, interpretasi, dan sintesis konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perspektif filsafat menjelaskan kebenaran melalui teori korespondensi, koherensi, pragmatis, dan konsensus, sedangkan perspektif Islam memandang kebenaran sebagai al-haqq yang diwujudkan melalui prinsip kejujuran, amanah, verifikasi informasi, keadilan, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Integrasi kedua perspektif menghasilkan model kebenaran komunikasi yang terdiri atas dimensi faktual, rasional, dialogis, dan etis-transendental. Model ini menegaskan bahwa kebenaran komunikasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh kesesuaian informasi dengan realitas, tetapi juga oleh rasionalitas, keterbukaan dialog, moralitas, dan orientasi kemaslahatan sosial.
